What you buy

Stay180 products are digital information products: guides, templates, checklists and spreadsheets, delivered as a download. You get a personal licence to use them for your own application. Each PDF is licensed to the buyer and shows your name (or email) in the footer. You may not resell or redistribute them.

Stay180 is not a law firm and is not affiliated with the Royal Thai Government, any Thai embassy or consulate, or Thai Immigration. The content is general information, not legal or tax advice. Visa decisions are made solely by Thai authorities. We do not guarantee any visa approval or outcome, and we don't refund because of a visa decision.

Rule updates

Your kit includes 12 months of free rule updates from the purchase date. Download the latest version for 12 months from purchase via your download link, with 5 downloads per version, and we'll email you when we publish an update. Your link allows 5 downloads per kit version, and every new version gives you 5 fresh downloads. See what changed on the changelog.

Truthful use only

Templates are for presenting true facts. Do not use them to create false or misleading documents.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. If PromptPay is offered at checkout, that payment is charged in Thai baht at the price shown there. Your payment details go to Stripe, not to us.

Refunds

Sales are final once files are delivered. There is no visa or approval guarantee and no money-back guarantee. We give refunds only if a file is broken or never arrived and we can't fix it or resend it, if you bought the same product twice by mistake, or if there was a payment error, such as a double charge or a wrong amount.
