Sales are final

Stay180 kits are digital downloads, delivered as soon as you pay. Downloaded files can't be returned, so sales are final once the files are delivered.

No visa guarantee

We don't guarantee any visa outcome. Every case is different, and the officer decides. We don't refund because of a visa decision.

When we do refund

Email support@ebuyz.co.uk with your order number and we'll refund you in full if:

• a file is broken or never arrived, and we can't fix it or resend it;
• you bought the same product twice by mistake, including paying the same PromptPay QR code twice; or
• there was a payment error, such as a double charge or a wrong amount.

For PromptPay payments, Stripe will email you to ask for the bank account you paid from, and the refund is sent there once you reply. If you paid the same QR code twice, we refund the extra payment to that account.

Where consumer law in your country gives you more rights, those apply.
