Stay180 is an information product, not a law firm. This page explains how we handle your data; it is not legal advice.

Who we are

Stay180 is run by eBuyz, which is responsible for your personal data. Contact address: King Kaeo Rd, Racha Thewa, Bang Phli, Samut Prakan 10540, Thailand. Contact: support@ebuyz.co.uk.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you buy or request the free checklist.
• Your name, as you enter it at checkout with our payment provider (card payments only).
• Order details: product, amount, payment method and payment reference. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
• Basic, cookie-free analytics (page views, referrers).

We keep your order details (name, email, payment status, kit version, download count and where you found us) and checklist sign-ups (email and where you found us) so we can deliver your kit, send updates and answer support requests. They're stored on our own server, and we only share what's needed with the providers listed under 'Who we share with'.

Your name on your PDFs

We print the name you enter at checkout with our payment provider in the footer of your own PDFs, or your email address if there isn't one. It's only on the copies you download, and we don't share it.

What we don't collect

The readiness check runs entirely in your browser; your answers are not sent to us. We never ask for your passport, bank statements or other application documents.

Why

To deliver your purchase; to send your receipt, a service email when a rule change updates a kit you bought (within 12 months of purchase), and any optional emails you signed up for; and to prevent fraud. Legal bases: contract and legitimate interest (GDPR); consent and contract (Thailand PDPA).

Who we share with

Only what each service needs to deliver Stay180:

• Payments: Stripe processes your payment details and order. Card details go to Stripe, not to us.
• Email: Resend, to send your receipt, kit-update emails and the checklist (and any optional emails you signed up for), so it receives your email address and the message content. We don't use any other email provider.
• Hosting: Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers it through its network (CDN), so it processes technical data such as your IP address when you visit, and provides our cookie-free analytics.

We don't sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time: support@ebuyz.co.uk. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as we need them for your kit's 12-month update period and for tax records. Checklist sign-ups are deleted 24 months after the last interaction, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time at support@ebuyz.co.uk.
